Job Description
• Your main role is to contribute to generating sales for the Company. • You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. • The main goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers by closing/winning Solar installations, building trust between customers and the company, and creating a brand reputation. • Manage and close all incoming inquiries on each platform; Phone, Email, FB, Insta, Lead agents • Perform sales consultations over the phone. • Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups, and Close Sales • Lead nurturing & scheduling appointments • CRM; enter, track & update leads and prospects on a daily basis • Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information • Actively seek out referrals from existing customers & new appointments • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. • Actively seek out feedback and reviews from installed customer • Responsibilities Submit accurate sales paperwork in a timely manner • daily activity report just before you log off • Immediately inform your manager or the admin team of any changes to the customer orders; product/price/payment method • Attend daily, weekly, monthly & sales meetings • Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
