Bullet Logistics India is looking for a Transport Management Executive to oversee logistics and transportation operations at the branch level. The candidate will be responsible for managing drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, proper route planning, and smooth coordination of transportation activities while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🚚 Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations for timely dispatch and delivery

👷 Lead and supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel for efficient branch functioning

🗺️ Handle route planning, vehicle allocation, and ensure on-time dispatch of shipments

📦 Oversee loading and unloading activities and manage stock movement efficiently

📊 Monitor branch expenses and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality

📋 Set performance goals and track KPIs to ensure operational efficiency

🦺 Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and promote workplace safety standards

📈 Prepare reports on branch performance, logistics operations, and key metrics for management

🤝 Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth and identify new opportunities

📚 Provide training and guidance to logistics staff to improve team performance

Age: 20 – 50 years

Gender: Male

Education: Diploma

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
