Content & Brand Executive

The LexSphere is Varanasi's

Fastest-growing legal intelligence platform with a pan-India digital presence - 105K+ Instagram followers, 28K+ YouTube subscribers, and a rapidly expanding legal consultancy practice. We are looking for a sharp, driven, and multi-skilled individual to join our core team in an offline, full-time capacity at our Varanasi office.

This is not a regular job. This role sits at the intersection of content, brand, operations, and growth. You will be working directly with the founding team and will have real ownership of how The LexSphere grows.

Must Have

• Prior experience in content management, brand building, or digital marketing - minimum 1 year

•Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English

•Comfortable with telecalling and client-facing communication

• Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

•People management skills - ability to coordinate with interns and junior team members

Good to have

•Prior experience working with a legal, educational, or media brand

•Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube growth strategies

•Experience in influencer or creator outreach

Familiarity with scheduling tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM
