Operations Manager

Bolt91 provides electric cycles rentals across Kashi for pilgrims, long-stay travellers, students and tourists. We are looking for someone who can work with the CEO to set up and scale our partner network with hotels, ashrams, hostels and guesthouses.

What you’ll do:

• Manage & grow hotel/ashram/hostel partnerships
• Run Bolt91 pickup points smoothly
• Lead on-ground staff (cycle + kit handover)
• Add new partner locations
• Solve small field issues quickly
• Work directly with the founder to set up everything from scratch

Who you are:

• Fast learner, people person
• Calm under unplanned challenges
• Prefer field work to desk work
• Have handled fleets/riders/hubs before
• Okay with modest salary for high learning & ownership
• Based in Kashi or open to shifting
