Salary: ₹11,000 to ₹13,000 per month (in-hand)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Vasai, Mumbai. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions to customer issues.
- Documenting and following up on customer feedback to improve the overall service experience.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (HSC) or Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers welcome! No prior experience required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Personality Traits: Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Other: Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
