Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Vasai, Mumbai

Salary: ₹11,000 to ₹13,000 per month (in-hand)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Vasai, Mumbai. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer complaints or issues.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Documenting and following up on customer feedback to improve the overall service experience.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum 12th grade (HSC) or Graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome! No prior experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi knowledge will be an added advantage).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Personality Traits: Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Other: Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
