Job Overview

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Dispatch Executive to oversee our warehouse dispatch operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination at our Vasai unit. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong command of inventory entries, and the ability to lead a ground team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Barcode & Material Tracking: Generate and manage barcodes for both Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods to ensure 100% inventory traceability.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate and oversee the packaging of finished goods strictly adhering to customer Purchase Orders (POs) and packaging guidelines.

ERP & Inventory Entries: Maintain real-time data accuracy by making prompt Stock Transfer entries and Material Receipt entries in Busy software.

Logistics & Coordination: Liaise and negotiate with tempo operators, transport agencies, and external logistics providers to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.

Stock Keeping & Audits: Maintain strict control over stock levels, organize warehouse layouts for optimal space utilization, and handle physical stock verification.

Team Supervision: Manage, schedule, and guide a team of warehouse helpers and loaders to ensure discipline, safety, and productivity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma holder in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain background is a plus).

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics operations within a manufacturing setup.

Software Skills: Mandatory hands-on experience with Busy software for inventory and stock management. Basic proficiency in MS Excel is required.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with barcode printing software and scanning systems.

Soft Skills: Strong team handling and supervisory skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with transporters and internal production teams.

Job Details & Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Location: Vasai (Naikpada / Pelhar area)
