Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor client accounts and follow up on overdue payments through phone calls and emails.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Visit client offices to discuss payment status and deliver bills as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and client interactions.
• Generate and distribute financial reports to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and collections strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, collections, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with payment processing and invoicing systems.
• Previous experience in a small business environment.
