About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, driving Car loan sales, building dealer and Branch relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and drive Car loan sales through Branch sourcing, channel partners, and dealerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, DSA partners, and customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.

Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit teams for loan processing.

Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Marketing preferred).

1–3 years of experience in auto loans, retail lending, or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of auto loan products, credit checks, and documentation.

Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
