About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing

partnerships, and driving revenue growth across strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior management to

execute market expansion plans, optimize business operations, and support strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for ambitious professionals who have worked in sales, or business operations and are eager to

take ownership of business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


 Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.  Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.  Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies to meet revenue targets.  Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless execution.  Support proposal, pricing, and contract negotiations with clients or business partners.  Track key business metrics, sales performance, and ROI for assigned initiatives.  Represent eBikeGo in meetings, networking events, and client interactions.  Contribute to process improvement and innovation in business operations. Ideal Candidate Profile

 Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales.  Strong understanding of inside sales, B2B or B2C business models  Proven ability to close deals, and achieve business growth targets.  Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Hand on Experience in Microsoft Excel & Google sheets.  Good in Communication. Preferred Backgrounds  Experience in technology, consulting, or service-based sectors.  Exposure to market research, sales operations, or client management.  Previous involvement in business strategy, partnerships, or growth roles.
