Responsible for communicating about product, benefits to the customers.  Introducing them to the counter members and establishing a relationship of trust and respect with customers.  Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.  Responsible to address all the queries raised in the conversation with the customer with utmost care and patience.  Responsible to collect the GP as per the process laid by the hospital management and guide the customer to our optical counter.  Responsible for making all the reports pertaining to customer walk-ins.  Responsible in attainting goals assigned by Reporting Manager.
