Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential property buyers (inbound + outbound).
  • Understand customer budget, location preference, and property requirements.
  • Explain property details, project highlights, pricing, offers, loan options, etc.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with customers & builders.
  • Maintain CRM data: update leads, status, follow-ups.
  • Work with the closing team to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers for repeat and referral sales.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (English + local language).
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure + targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email).
  • Confidence to talk to customers and close deals.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate (not always mandatory).

Work Style:

  • Fast-paced, target-driven.
  • Field visits + office work depending on team.
  • Includes weekend working, weekday 2 weekday-offs.
