Sales Officer

Core Responsibilities

• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Generate leads and acquire new customers, including opening Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
• Achieve business targets for various financial products, including selling and cross-selling loans, insurance, and other third-party products.
• Conduct direct sales and field work to promote products and services.
• Customer and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and channel executives.
• Service existing customer portfolios, including handling renewals and service requests.
• Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure adherence to all banking norms, regulations, and KYC procedures.
• Complete required training and certifications for selling specific products like insurance.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and submit complete application forms and documentation.
• Market Analysis:
• Provide market feedback and trends to supervisors based on customer interactions and objections.
• Be aware of competitor offerings to effectively handle customer objections.
