Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prospect Research and Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential customers who would be interested in Laiton Crafts' products.

Utilize assigned lead lists or conduct independent research to build a strong prospect pipeline.

Outbound Calling:

Conduct professional and courteous cold calls to introduce Laiton Crafts and its product range.

Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits of Laiton crafts to potential customers.

Lead Conversion:

Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and determine if they are a good fit for Laiton Crafts' products.

Effectively present product features and address customer concerns to overcome objections.

Secure appointments for sales representatives or close sales directly over the phone (depending on the lead and company policy).

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Regularly update lead statuses and report on call activity and conversion rates.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing basic inquiries and resolving any concerns potential customers may have about Laiton Crafts or its products.

Additional Skills and Qualities:

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and confident telephone presence.


·        Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor conversations accordingly.

·        Persuasive and presentation skills to effectively promote Laiton Crafts' products.

·        Ability to handle call objections professionally and navigate conversations towards lead qualification or sales.

·        Strong knowledge of sales techniques and experience with lead generation is a plus.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and data management practices.

·        A passion for Laiton crafts and an eagerness to learn about the products.

·        Ability to work independently while adhering to company sales targets and deadlines.
