• Generate new leads daily through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, WhatsApp & social media.

• Greet and assist all walk-in prospects, provide detailed information about membership plans, services, and ongoing offers.

• Convert leads into confirmed memberships through effective communication & consultative selling.

• Follow up consistently with prospects via calls/messages to close sales.

• Build strong relationships with existing members to increase renewals, upgrades, and referrals.

• Manage front desk operations related to memberships & inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and renewals in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with trainers and management team to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Conduct fitness need analysis to understand customer goals and recommend suitable plans.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to increase satisfaction.

• Actively participate in promotional activities, events, and offline marketing in the local area.

• Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.
