Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a proactive approach to lead generation, client relationship management, and market expansion. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting client follow-ups, and performing site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales:
- Identify, target, and close business deals with potential corporate and industrial clients in the region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Client Follow-ups:
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Address queries, ensure timely responses, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and trade shows.
- Qualify and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Site Visits:
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, ensure project feasibility, and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions based on client requirements.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Identify potential business sectors for growth and expansion.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
