Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a proactive approach to lead generation, client relationship management, and market expansion. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting client follow-ups, and performing site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales:
  • Identify, target, and close business deals with potential corporate and industrial clients in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Client Follow-ups:
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Address queries, ensure timely responses, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and trade shows.
  • Qualify and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Site Visits:
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, ensure project feasibility, and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions based on client requirements.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify potential business sectors for growth and expansion.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
