Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and job functions.
• Manage multiple positions and ensure timely hires.
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to streamline hiring.
• Evaluate candidates and support the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years in Domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong IT industry knowledge and understanding of technical roles.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment software.

Preferred: Experience with top IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Deloitte.
