Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and promoting Siriki Resorts' offerings to potential clients. You will play a key role in driving the resort's revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
  • Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase Siriki Resorts' unique offerings and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about resort packages, amenities, and pricing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Siriki Resorts and expand your professional network.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
