Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain the benefits of Rainbow Prime Properties’ farmland plots and Mahogany Plantation projects.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide information on property availability, pricing, and amenities.
Maintain and update a database of client leads, ensuring accurate follow-ups and timely updates.
Schedule site visits for interested buyers and coordinate with the sales team.
Address customer questions and concerns regarding plot purchases, payments, and project details.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and follow lead conversion metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the farmland sector.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of farmers and agricultural clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the agricultural sector.
Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members on products, industry trends, and best practices.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
