Role Overview

As a Trainee Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and generating revenue through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events in target sectors.
• Pitch our services: HR Recruitment (talent sourcing & placement), Team Digital Marketing (SEO, social media, lead gen), Print/Electronic Media (advertising solutions), and Income Tax/GST/Accounts/Taxation Professional Services.
• Build and nurture relationships with SMEs, startups, corporates, and professionals needing our expertise.
• Conduct needs assessments, deliver customized proposals, and close deals to drive revenue.
• Track leads in CRM, follow up diligently, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Attend industry meets, webinars, and local events in Kukatpally/Hyderabad to generate opportunities.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
