US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of experience in the US staffing.
• Must have experience working with the prime vendor requirements.
• Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on W2 positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong experience with W2 recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for positions in Apex Systems is highly desirable.
• Good Communication skills
