Assistant Branch Manager - MF
- Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor loan quality, control portfolio at risk (PAR), and ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or local regulatory guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Assist the Branch Manager in training, mentoring, and supervising field officers to achieve performance targets.
- Client Acquisition: Oversee village surveys, lead group formation (JLG/SHG), and promote financial literacy among potential borrowers.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily cash flows, process loan applications via Lending Operation Systems (LOS), and maintain accurate MIS reporting.
- Collections & Recovery: Supervise ethical collection practices, conduct house verifications, and drive center meeting participation
