📝 Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Italica Granito Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between customers, production team, and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers for order updates & queries 📞
- Communicate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing 🏭
- Liaise with the dispatch team for on-time delivery 📦
- Maintain and update sales records using Excel 📊
- Assist sales team with quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with management
- ✅ RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams
