Handsome Salary [ Basic Salary + Allowances + PF + Medical Benefits + Incentives And Others ]

Recruitment Process :

1. Candidates Will Have To Go Through 2 Rounds Of Interview . Interview Will Be Conducted Online Through Zoom Meeting Application.

2. Selected Candidates Will Have To Fill Up And Application Form For IC-38 Exam Which Will Be Conducted By Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority Of India ( IRDAI ) ( An Amount Of 585 Has To Be Paid By The Candidates For IRDA Examination )

3. After Clearing IRDA Exam , The Candidates Will Be Working As An Insurance Consultant And Will Have To Complete A Training Period Of 1-3 Months Which Will Include Theory & Practical.

4. During The Training Period, Candidates Will Have To Sell Out 6 NOPs With An Annual Premium Of Min 40K Per NOP.

5. A Stipend Of 60k Will Be Paid According To Their Performance. ICs Will Be Promoted To The Designation Of Retail Partner Once They Complete The Training Criteria.
