🎯 Role Overview

The Personal Assistant will serve as the strategic right-hand to the Managing Director, managing all government licensing, client communication, and executive operations.
The ideal candidate must be smart, well-groomed, good looking, and confident, with the ability to handle high-level meetings and represent the MD’s office in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
1.	Government Liaisoning & Licensing
•	Coordinate with departments such as MSME, Industries, Collector Office, Police HQ, MPSSDEGB, MPPSC, etc.
•	Draft and submit official proposals, tenders, and compliance documents.
•	Manage renewals for licenses like GST, FSSAI, APEDA, MSME & export permits.
2.	Executive Assistance
•	Manage MD’s appointments, travel plans, calls, and high-level meetings.
•	Draft official letters, presentations, and MoUs for government and corporate correspondence.
•	Maintain absolute confidentiality in all operations and communications.
3.	Client & Project Coordination
•	Handle official communication with departments, vendors, and partners.
•	Follow up on project progress, payments, and departmental approvals.
•	Support MD during inspections, media visits, or tender discussions.
4.	Office & Documentation Management
•	Maintain organized record of all files (digital & physical).
•	Prepare reports, MIS updates, and meeting briefs.
•	Supervise internal staff coordination under MD’s direction.

📋 Eligibility Criteria
•	Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Management / Commerce / Public Administration preferred).
•	Skills Required:
•	Excellent written & verbal communication in English & Hindi.
•	MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email drafting).
•	Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
•	Presentable appearance and pleasing personality.

About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Admin manager to join our team in Bhopal. 
The ideal candidate will be an ndividual who can manage diverse responsibilities and is passionate about contributing to social sector. 

This role is the backbone of our operations, requiring a blend of administrative prowess, communication skills, and a commitment to our organization's mission, with a special focus on our work in tribal areas as well.

This is a full-time, office-based position with regular local field visits, outstation also. We are looking for a long-term team member who is settled in Bhopal or wishes to make it their permanent home. not at all a temperory position. 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management: Handle administrative duties, including managing office, organizing files, handling mails and correspondence, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations including the feild work.


Basic Accounting: Assist with financial tasks such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and preparing basic reports.


Field Engagement: Conduct regular visits within Bhopal and coordinate with projects in tribal areas to support implementation, connect with partners, and gather information. (Note: This role does require out-of-station travel also).


Communications & Content Creation: Manage our social media platforms by creating engaging content (graphics, text, and basic videos), scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Prepare and design presentations for internal and external meetings.


Outreach Planning: Develop and execute outreach strategies for the foundation's environmental and art-focused initiatives to increase community engagement and awareness.
Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks across three different project portfolios simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.


Verbal and written communication skills. ( making presentations, Mails, posters ) 


Experience in social media management and content creation.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) adobe, indesign 



Must own a personal two-wheeler and hold a valid driver's license.


Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with an event co. , Media houase ,  NGO, foundation, or in the non-profit sector is highly preferred.
Experience working on projects in tribal areas or with tribal communities.
A background or interest in environmental conservation or the arts.
