Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to support testing and validation activities for automotive testing and homologation processes. The role involves vehicle testing, interpretation of regulatory standards, preparation of test reports, and ensuring laboratory compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct vehicle testing, validation, and certification as per automotive regulatory standards (AIS, IS, ECE, etc.)
Verify technical specifications submitted by vehicle manufacturers
Prepare accurate test reports based on test records
Support testing activities and ensure compliance with defined test procedures
Interpret automotive and regulatory standards and translate them into test procedures
Ensure laboratory compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry standards
Perform standard studies and requirement analysis

Required Skills:
Knowledge of automotive testing and validation processes
Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
Experience in standard interpretation and test method development
Strong documentation and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in accredited testing laboratories
Knowledge of CMVR and automotive industry standards
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Engineer / Jr. Engineer to support testing, data acquisition, and project coordination activities in the SDL department. The candidate will be involved in DVP testing, data analysis, and vehicle instrumentation, ensuring compliance with standards and timely execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Description:
0-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
Good proficiency in Complete timeline preparation, tracking and monitoring of all the projects activities
Read and interpret test procedures/SOPs/standards/protocols, understanding the instrumentation, coordinate with customers and internal department
Good proficiency in handling administrative and procurement procedures, customer techno-commercial proposals, SAP software, day-to-day task handling and follow-ups
Understanding of various DVP test standards/regulations, vehicle benchmarking
Good understanding of vehicle & related systems for data interpretation & report preparation
Data validation, analysis and test result compilation with report preparation
Knowledge of data acquisition systems along with Experience in handling instrumentation of vehicles for accelerations, temperature, pressure, flow, etc. alongwith know-how on different sensors in automotive, hands-on on Data acquisition systems, data validation and analysis software's skills like nCode Glyph works, alongwith analysis programming softwares like Matlab, Python and advanced Excel are preferable
Good team player and communicator, with problem solving attitude
Follow 5-S systems, ISO, EOHS practices
Run the shifts & monitor/operate the tests running in shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and assist in testing activities on Chassis Dynamometer
Perform emission analysis and support emission testing activities
Drive two-wheelers and four-wheelers for testing and operational purposes
Carry out basic mechanical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting
Support engineers during vehicle testing and data collection
Ensure proper handling and safety of test vehicles and equipment
Maintain records of vehicle usage, test results, and reports
Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
Maintain workplace discipline as per 5S activities

Qualification:
ITI in Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic

Experience:
Hands-on experience on Chassis Dynamometer is mandatory
Exposure to emission analysis will be preferred

Required Skills:
Must have valid Driving License for both Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler
Awareness of Emission Analysis techniques
Knowledge of 5S activities
Awareness of IS / ISO / EOHS / ISMS standards
