Sales Executive


As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Ahmedabad region.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning to drive revenue growth.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on market opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in commercial sales, having experience in Ahmedabad.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Ahmedabad market and an existing network of contacts in the industry is a plus.
