Instructional Design Analyst

As an Instructional Design Analyst, you will provide learning design consultancy to business stakeholders across the globe as well as work hands-on with the resources, providing instructional design expertise and reviewing deliverables projects. We are looking forward to hiring a talented professional with strong technical and creative capabilities who can develop all creative and technical aspects of learning solutions.

You will:
•    Assist with the design, development, pilot, and deployment of learning solutions
•    Activities may include:
o   Researching relevant, updated source material needed to meet business outcomes
o   Designing the learning experience, whether live, virtual, Nano/eLearning, mobile, etc.
o   Delivering the program with excellence, including end-to-end program communications
o   Driving follow-through to maximize transfer of knowledge, skills, and capabilities to the job
o    Deploying learning solutions that actively help in on-the-job performance support
o    Driving completion within budget and timeline
•    Manage project efforts in the team and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), clients/stakeholders, and the team to develop and deliver learning solutions
•    Manage and own graphic design work required to develop learning solutions
•    Work with graphic designers and instructional designers to provide best-in-class learning-oriented media per client requirement
•    Anticipate risks and take corrective measures to keep projects and the business on track
•    Provide deep learning insights that are translated into tactical learning solutions
•    Take initiative and interact confidently with various stakeholders to facilitate meetings, identify needs, analyze situations, formulate solutions, secure buy-in, and implement processes

Other key responsibilities will include:
•    Design curriculum, instruction, and assessment materials using knowledge of current trends and best educational practices worldwide
•    Design innovative and effective professional development products, which adhere to principles of adult learning and cover a wide range of topics
•    Evaluate critical information needed to understand problems, determine probable causes, and develops workable solutions
•    Assess accurately the costs, benefits, and risks associated with alternative courses of action and make quality and timely decisions
•    Utilize current industry standard Web development technologies and other interactive object software to design education content, games, and activities.
•    Create interactive products, which are learner-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and demonstrate a strong balance of skills in graphic design, mobile/web design, and interactive design
•    Apply expert knowledge of educational principles, methods, and thinking to solve critical problems in instructional design to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously, to include prioritization and coordination of resources for applicability to project and product management
•    Apply expert knowledge of the configuration of online training materials and courseware to include development and management of text, graphics and layouts for online and classroom instruction, professional development training materials, and website pages
•    Demonstrate skill in communicating effectively and leading groups with problem- solving and decision-making processes
•    Create project plans and related resource plans along with the Sr. Instructional Design Analyst on the project team
•    Execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project’s scope
•    Develop learning materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids, and self-study materials
•    Maintain a graphic design library for reusable course components and gradually make the library robust
•    Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
Required:

•    Graduate degree in any discipline
•    Strong communication skills, both written and oral
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Logical thinking and decision-making skills
•    Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
•    Experience using MS Office Products including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred:
•    Relevant learning design degree or certification
•    Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE model, System Development Life cycle and Authoring Tool
