	Need to prepare the BOQ and to be checked with Original Contract 
	Supply Items indent is to be raised to SCM Team, and the all PO should be shared to PI for maintain the records and further follow up.
	Services qty are to be finalized by the Ho Team along with Site In Charge and the Service PO are to be issued by the HO. The PR is to be raised by SI as per the site sub-contractors.
	The Site Sub agency bills are to be certified by the SI and the same is to be verified by the HO Project Team and recommendation is to be done for Payment release.
	Site Plan V/s Progress is to be monitored and to achieve the Plan they need to involve in supporting the input Materials.
	Site Expenses up to Rs. 5000/ are to be get the approval from the EI and the above are to be approved by Management.
	Need to have a draft billing with HO team as per the Progress and the same is to be monitored with SI for the client bill preparation (every month 25th we need to submit the Draft copy)
 If any fronts not released by the Client HO team need to get the inputs and the same are to escalated to Client through mail or letter.
	We should maintain the Delay analysis and for every there months we need to submit the DA report to client. T will be use full to SRC for the getting the extension of WO and Rate enhancement.
	HO team need to have a VC on every 15 days with site team for the betterment of the Progress and the all Engineers are to be attended for share their views and Solutions.
	Ho team need to have a Basis data like LOI date and WO date and Period of completion along with payment terms and conditions and 
	HO PI need to maintain the Billing status of the Sites and need to follow for the hold and Deduction amount if any by the client.
	Need to maintain all the correspondence of the site like letters and Po and Others for having a final record at the time of completion.
	The P & L account is to be maintained by the HI PI for better understanding of the Project and the same is to be presented to Management every month.
