Key Responsibilities:
Process and maintain insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Verify, input, and update customer data in internal systems and insurer portals
Coordinate with field/sales teams for pending documentation and clarifications
Assist in claim registration and documentation handling
Generate and maintain accurate reports for internal review and audits
Communicate with clients and insurers via email or phone for follow-ups

Requirements:

Working knowledge of insurance products and services (Life & General Insurance)
