Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be the backbone of the office, managing daily tasks and ensuring a productive environment.
1. Office Operations & Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance.
Procurement: Manage and track office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery, and other necessary items.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance, couriers) for timely services.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
2. Administrative & Support:

* Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace is mandatory.
