Responsibilities:
Identify suitable tenders and opportunities on the GEM portal.
Prepare and compile all necessary documents and technical/commercial bids for tender submissions.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up for clarifications or additional requirements.
Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track their status.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial information.
Ensure compliance with GEM portal guidelines and tender requirements.
Keep updated with new rules, regulations, and procedures related to GEM tenders.
Prepare reports on tender status, success rate, and upcoming opportunities.
Assist in negotiations and clarifications with government officials or clients if required.
