Key Responsibilities
Operations & AdministrationManage daily back-office operations including documentation, data management, and internal coordination.
Ensure timely processing of records, reports, invoices, and operational documents.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for back-office functions.
Team ManagementSupervise, train, and manage back-office executives and support staff.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team.
MIS & ReportingPrepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational summaries.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting to management.

Back Office Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to generate and close business for Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Personal Loans. The role involves sourcing customers, understanding their financial needs, coordinating with credit teams, and ensuring timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities


Source and acquire customers for Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Personal Loans
Generate leads through field sales, referrals, DSAs, channel partners, and direct sourcing
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment structure
Collect and verify customer documents as per lender requirements
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing
Follow up with customers to ensure timely approval and disbursement
Achieve monthly sales targets and disbursement goals
Maintain accurate MIS and daily sales reports
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines


Required Skills


Experience in loan sales / BFSI / NBFC / Bank is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Mortgage, Business Loan, LAP & Personal Loan products
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Equity Trading Accountant to manage accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of equity trading transactions. The role involves handling daily trade settlements, broker reconciliations, P&L tracking, and compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.


Key Responsibilities

Record and account for equity trading transactions (cash, delivery, intraday, F&O if applicable)
Maintain daily P&L, mark-to-market (MTM), and trade-wise profitability reports
Perform brokerage, STT, GST, stamp duty, and other statutory charge calculations
Handle daily/weekly/monthly broker reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Manage client-wise / proprietary trading accounts
Monitor margin requirements, pay-in/pay-out, and fund movements
Prepare contract note verification and settlement reports
Coordinate with brokers, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), and clearing members
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Support audit requirements, including internal and statutory audits
Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and accounting norms
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for management



Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of equity markets and trade lifecycle
Familiarity with NSE/BSE settlement process
Hands-on experience with broker back-office systems
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Understanding of Indian taxation on securities (STT, GST, capital gains)
Good analytical and reconciliation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA Finance
