Lead, mentor, and support the frontline sales team to achieve business objectives.
Educational & Work Experience Requirements:MBA in Marketing (Regular, Full-time) from a reputed institute.
7-12 years of experience in Project Sales, Business Development, and Building Dealer & Contractor Networks.
Proven success in sales functions with an extensive network in the required geography.
Experience in handling teams and achieving revenue targets in a highly competitive environment.
