Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

Job Overview Niyakrish Concrete Blocks is hiring a dedicated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell high-quality concrete blocks (bricks) in Huliyurdurga and nearby areas. The ideal candidate enjoys fieldwork, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets with attractive rewards.

Key Responsibilities 

Visit construction sites, dealers, and contractors to promote and sell bricks.
Identify and follow up on new leads to close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Submit daily sales reports and share market feedback with management.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.


Earnings & Allowances
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Incentive: ₹0.50 per brick sold (Performance-based)


Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month


Requirements
Minimum education: SSLC or PUC (preferred)
Experience in field sales or building materials is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Huliyurdurga and nearby areas
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and hardworking
