•  Responsible for core accounting up to finalization of NBFC
•  Executing and checking accounting entries in Loan Management
•   Implement accounting systems and processes.
•  System/Accounting Softwares and General Ledgers
•  Ensuring statutory deductions and its timely payment
•  Ensuring timely filing of RBI, TDS, GST returns
•  Monitoring vendor payment till its final accounting
•  Responsible for direct and indirect tax management
•  Coordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors and closure audit issues
•  Responsible to submit a weekly MIS report to the management for indicating clearly the cash inflow and outflow along with the utilization of funds demonstrating each head separately.

Role & responsibilities :-
Supporting team member in understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
Supporting in a range of financial products/Unsecured loans over the calls.
Set clear team goals and KPIs to delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day teams operation/performance and reports on metrics.
Ensure to meet team target on the daily/weekly/monthly basis and mange data of KRAs.
Periodically review the performance of team, constantly motivating team members and driving them towards incentives.
Discover training needs and provide product/process training to their team members.


Preferred candidate profile:-
Minimum 2 years of experience
Team handling experience (Mandatory)
Worked for Personal loan in DSA segment in banks/NBFC/Fintech
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT & MS Word.
Ability to work during stretched hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Desired Candidate Profile:
3 - 8 years of proven experience in handling team of inside sales/ telesales/ telemarketing.
Should be able to handle end to end work responsibility of assigned team target.
Proficiency in taking customer calls and handling customers’ query/escalations.
Good verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, fluency in taking English/Hindi calls.
