Job Description –Quality Inspector

Location: Shikrapur, Pune

Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) or relevant

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process and final inspection of components.
Conduct visual inspection and dimensional checks using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauges, etc.
Record and maintain inspection reports and daily quality logs.
Identify defects / non-conformities and report to Quality Supervisor.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, WI (Work Instructions) & IATF quality standards.
Support in CAPA, rework verification and line clearance activities.
Ensure proper handling, storage and care of measuring instruments.
Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of quality inspection processes.
Ability to understand drawings / specifications (basic level).
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
Good observation and accuracy in inspection.
