Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily factory production activities
Manage and train production workers
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
Monitor machine usage, workflow, and material consumption
Enforce safety regulations and factory policies
Report production performance to management
Assist in process improvement and waste reduction



Requirements:

Proven experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong knowledge of furniture production processes and materials
Ability to read drawings and production plans
Good leadership and problem-solving skills



Preferred Qualifications:

Technical or vocational training in woodworking or manufacturing

Perform casting tasks such as mold preparation, material mixing, and part removal.
Handle sanding, grinding, and finishing processes.
Support the painter with primer application, masking, part preparation, and tool handling.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the workspace, molds, and tools.
Follow all safety rules while working with chemicals, resins, and machines.
Assist with material loading/unloading and provide support to the production team as required.

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of FRP, sanding, or painting (preferred).
Willingness to learn and hardworking attitude.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions on time.
