Direct Responsibilities:
Prepare the monthly budget for the office (costs and expenses);
Make payments to suppliers, services, and personnel, among others;
Calculate and monitor overtime, vacations, breaks, etc;

Your duties will be:
Informing and consulting customers, in telephone mode, about new promotions, bonuses, personalised offers, etc;
Identifying the needs of the client, handling objections, and selling services in the call;
Work in CRM system;
