Job Description Roles and Responsibilities;
Collaborate with Operations, Quality control, Maintenance and other departments to understand current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to QMS, draft and release WI's, Procedures, LOTO, review Preventive Maintenance plan, Machinery critical spares safety stock, lead investigations and drive CAPA etc.. Lead kaizen events focused on eliminating waste, improving quality and increase efficiency.
Develop and implement new manufacturing processes including automation solutions, robotics and advanced material handling systems.
Experience in working with automated equipment and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
Design and optimize manufacturing/plant layouts to increase efficiency, reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Work with suppliers to evaluate new equipment and technologies , conduct feasibility studies an select appropriate equipment for specific manufacturing needs. 
Implement and validate new equipment , ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and minimizing disruption to production schedules.
Monitor performance metrics such as cycle time, takt time, throughput time and waste levels to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes & make necessary adjustments.
Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance personal during implementation and troubleshooting.
Conduct RCA of manufacturing issues, implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement/kaizen initiatives.
Has knowledge in OEE, Productivity, Quality, Measuring instruments etc.. 
Has knowledge in Lean manufacturing methodologies - Kaizen, 8D, 6 sigma, Line balancing and Capacity planning.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience degree with 6+years in Manufacturing Process Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on data driven decision making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient to communicate in Kannada, English and Hindi 
Advanced computer skills, proficient in MS office suite(Word, Excel and Power point).
Knowledge of basic financial concepts, cost estimation and ROI analysis.

 


Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer/Asst Manager

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: 
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures across the plant.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive EHS management system that meets industry standards.
Provide training on safety protocals to employees at all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with project managers to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Implement HSE policies, drive zero accidents, publish incident reports, prepare safety alerts, identify hazards, perform Risk assessments, mitigate risks, implement safety measures etc.
Perform Safety audits and safety training on regular intervals.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, factories act, Pollution control board norms, fire NOC and other statutory regulations.
Conduct periodic health check ups for employees and contract workers.
Monitor exposure to chemicals, noise, dust and ensure adequate controls and PPE availability.
Drive emergency preparedness activities including fire drills and fire mocks.
Develop and maintain SOP's,  MSDS, risk registers, emergency response plans and training records.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or post-graduate diploma in Industrial safety or equivalent experience degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Industrial Safety or related fields.
Has knowledge in Plant/shop floor safety related necessary PPE's, Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, Safety alerts, Signages etc..
Experienced in facing the ISO safety audits and related document creation.
Safety related certification candidates are preferred.


 


EHS Engineer - Environment, Health & Safety

Responsibilities:
Keyword Research and SEO strategy.
ON-PAGE and OFF-PAGE OPTIMIZATION.
Technical SEO Audits
Performance Tracking( GA, GSC, SEMRUSH,AHREFS)

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SEO Tools and Techniques.
