Business Development Executive duties and responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

2.Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

3. Identifying new revenue opportunities.

4. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

5. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.

6.Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.

7. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and sales documentation.

8. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.

Business Development Executive

Act as the initial point of contact for all Software and Service related concerns from clients or other employees.
Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to service troubleshooting and usage.
Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for software and services.
Maintain a working log detailing all work.
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose Software problems.
Resolve technical issues related to software and service interruptions.
Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of software and service.
