How to check if your job is already approved?
Where can you upload your documents?
We promise to endeavour that your job is made active at the earliest. Few job approval decisions can take up to 3 days due to a delay in verifying your account. Until your account KYC gets completed, your jobs will remain under review.
This delay is because of multiple reasons:
In case you have already uploaded your documents, we request you to wait patiently until your documents get reviewed by our team. More than 80% of the jobs posted on apna gets approved within 30 minutes.
Click on employer.apna.co
Enter your mobile number, and click on "Login to post a job".
Go to "Job" section and select the job, you will see the job status on the job post.
The fastest way to submit your documents to us is to upload your documents from your account on employer.apna.co using the following steps:
1. Log in to employer.apna.co with your registered mobile number.
2. Go to the Job Verification Page.
3. You will get an option to verify your company Email ID. You can verify through a verification link or through an OTP that will be sent to your company Email ID.
If you do not have a Company Email ID. You can select "I do not have a company email ID" and choose to verify from through Aadhaar details.
If you do not have Aadhar details. You can also verify through other documents such as PAN or Driving License.
4. Once the personal identity is verified, you will get the option to complete the Company Verification.
You can verify the company details by choosing any one of the documents listed in the drop down. Once you have submitted the details, please sit back and relax, we will notify you on your registered number.
