How can I customize the credit quota or usage limit for a particular recruiter?

You can customize the usage limit at the user level. 

1. Under "Credits and usage", go to the "Usage History" Tab.

2. Click on the 3 dot menu for a user.

3. Click on "Manage usage limit" and set the custom limit.
