We have designed your apna account to ensure that your access is secure, and only you can access it via your registered mobile number and OTP.
You cannot change the number used for registration and job posting. However, you can change the HR number on which you want to receive the calls and WhatsApp messages from the candidates.
If you are keen to change your registered number to avoid unwanted calls from the candidates, we are glad to inform you that we have launched new features where you can restrict the candidate calls. You can now choose and contact them from your end accordingly. To know more about these features, click here.
To change the HR number on your job(s), edit your jobs on apna one by one and replace the HR number with the number on which you want to receive the calls and WhatsApp messages from candidates. The steps are mentioned in detail here.
Note that, for a few days, some candidates who already have your number might follow up to hear back. We request you send them a message saying your vacancy is over.
