On apna, before any job is activated, the account undergoes a verification process to ensure that the post is genuine. All credits used in the jobs are auto-refunded to the wallet within 24 hours if the job is Not Approved.
We make multiple attempts to connect with the employers to get the job activated, but sometimes we may not be able to connect and that is our loss. We also send you notifications via WhatsApp for every action we take on your job posting to keep you updated about the process.
Following are few reasons why your job got deleted:
1. We didn't receive the verification documents OR the submitted documents didn't qualify our approval criteria.
There are possible reasons why your documents were unqualified for activation. Click here to know more about providing the correct documents.
2. You missed all three call attempts for verification from us to complete the activation process.
Once the job gets posted, our team will call you in 30 minutes for verification. As a busy employer, you may not always be able to attend our verification call. But we do send WhatsApp messages about our attempt to make you aware of the effort made from our end.
3. We are only approving jobs from registered organizations.
On apna, we ensure that jobs from only registered organizations' are activated.
4. We support freelance talent acquisition professionals by helping them post job-related vacancy content.
Freelance jobs will not be active on the apna website. However, freelancers can post their job-related vacancy content on groups from the apna app.
