To download a candidate's resume, follow these steps:
1. Select the job and apply filter "Candidates with resume"
2. Click on "View full profile with resume" beside the candidate's name.
3. Click on the "Download" option in the "View Resume" tab.
4. Additionally, you can also download the resume of candidates even if they have not attached the resume by clicking on "Download profile as resume"
