Why do I need to submit my documents?

Most job portals do not verify if someone is using your name or your company’s name to list jobs and defraud job seekers. Often times it affects the company’s reputation as an employer in the market. But on apna, we verify the identity of the recruiter and their association with the company before their job post is active on the platform. 

We do this by collecting a few documents. However, your documents are not saved on our servers or shared anywhere by apna. 

We request your support in keeping the apna jobs marketplace trustworthy for HRs and job seekers. Thank you for understanding.
 

Which documents are required for approval?

Submit the following documents for faster verification of your account.


1. As company registration proof, you can submit a soft copy of any one of the following documents:

  • GST (number) certificate

  • Company PAN Card

  • CIN Number

  • FSSAI license

  • Shop & Establishment license

  • Any other government-recognized company document
     

Please note: The company name on the documents should match the company name in the job posting. In case you are the business owner, your name on the documents should match your name in the job posting. We are not accepting Udhyam as a Company document for verification anymore. 
 

2. As employment/ownership proof, you can submit any one of the following:

  • An active corporate email address.

  • Aadhar E-KYC
  • KYC documents like your PAN Card, Driving license 
     

3. In case you are a recruitment consultant, you will need to submit all the following documents:

  • Aadhar  E-KYC

  • Company registration proof

  • KYC documents like your PAN Card, Driving license 

  • The proof of the original requirement from your client
