Candidates are calling me during non-working hours. What should I do?

We value your work-life balance and want to provide a seamless communication experience. To address calls from candidates outside of working hours, we offer the convenience of direct calling from the app during our specified working hours, which are from 9 AM to 6 PM. Additionally, we encourage candidates to use WhatsApp to reach out to HRs outside of working hours. 

Once your number is shared with candidates, it is beyond our control to prevent out-of-office hour calls. To further avoid receiving calls or WhatsApp messages from candidates during non-working hours, we suggest hiding your contact number. By selecting the option "No, I will contact the candidate first," you can indicate that candidates should not contact you directly, thereby preventing unwanted calls and messages outside of the designated working hours.
