This Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide structured learning, on-ground exposure, and guided mentorship, helping participants understand how life insurance distribution works at a branch level. By working closely with Branch Heads, agency partners, and life advisors, apprentices gain practical experience in advisor onboarding, activation support, and outreach initiatives, while building strong communication and professional skills.

The program focuses on support and coordination activities and does not involve sales targets, making it ideal for students looking to understand real-world business processes in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Branch Manager/Branch Head in increasing activation of Life Insurance Advisors
• Assist with PHF coordination and follow-ups for enrolling new life advisors
• Conduct outreach and coordination calls to distributors and newly licensed advisors (non-sales, no cold calling)
• Help improve branch-level activation and engagement through structured calling and campaigns
• Report in person to the nearest Kotak Life branch as per the assigned schedule

Education:

• Open to all current Undergraduate (UG) and Post graduate (PG) students. 
• Part-time and distance students are eligible.
• Academic Background: No restriction on the streams or specializations.

Work Experience:

• No prior work experience required.
• Candidates with prior work experience are eligible only if they do not have an active PF account.

Employment Status:

• Candidates should not be employed or working elsewhere at the time of application.
