Key Highlights:
- CTC: Competitive CTC + Incentives
- Open to Fresh Graduates and 0-2 years experienced candidates (B.Tech/B.E. Graduates not eligible)
- Job Locations: Delhi NCR & Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
- Shifts: Rotational, including night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on pending claims with insurance companies.
- Identify reasons for denials and take corrective actions.
- Ensure timely processing to prevent claims from being written off.
- Work with billing systems to make necessary edits.
- Maintain a high resolution rate for claims.
- Effectively communicate and probe to understand denials.
- Adhere to company policies and work in a target-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (No backlogs in the current year and B.Tech/B.E. graduates not eligible).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in BPO, revenue cycle management, or contact centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- All the experienced candidates must have a PF account (Not applicable for Freshers)
Additional Details:
- Candidates must not have planned leaves for the next 6 months.
- Must carry an updated resume and valid government ID (Aadhar & PAN) for the walk-in drive.
- Shortlisted candidates should be comfortable with night shifts and calling processes.

- Education: Fresh graduates

- Batch: 2024 and earlier (Candidates must provide proof of graduation).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
- Candidates from a Healthcare background preferred.
- Note: 2025 batch candidates are not eligible.
- All the experienced candidates must have a PF account (Not applicable for Freshers).
