As a Sales Trainee, you will play a critical role in expanding market reach, driving sales, and strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users.
Key Highlights:
CTC: Up to INR 4.5 LPA (includes retention bonus)
Locations: PAN India
Bond: 2-year Minimum Service Agreement
Key Responsibilities:
Market Coverage: Ensure product availability by following a structured journey plan and placing stocks in visible shelf spaces.
Sales Growth: Expand product reach by onboarding new customers, increasing counter presence, and developing strong relationships with traders and end users.
Channel Management: Maintain a robust dealer network to prevent stockouts and ensure seamless product availability.
Marketing & Branding: Execute promotional activities, conduct product trials, and create demand for CUMI’s offerings.
Product Trials: Conduct trials at customer locations, identify business opportunities, and strategize to gain market share.
Note: The Minimum Service Agreement & promissory note will be signed by the candidate at the time of joining. In case the candidate chooses to leave the services of the company:
- During the Training period: Candidate will be liable to pay 50% of Total Annual CTC.
- Upon confirmation, post training completion: Candidate will be liable to pay 25% of Total Annual CTC.
Eligibility
CUMI is looking for ambitious freshers who are eager to start their sales career:
- Sales Management Trainee – MBA: MBA students from the 2023-2025 batch graduates with minimum 50% in MBA
- Graduate Sales Engineer Trainee – BE/B.Tech: BE/B.tech graduate students from the 2023-2025 batch with minimum 50% in graduation (Only from Mechanical and Electrical specialisation)
- Sales Graduate Trainee – Any Graduate: Any undergraduate students from the 2023-2025 batch with minimum 50% in graduation
- Diploma Sales Engineer Trainee: Technical Diploma students from the 2023-2025 batch with minimum 50% (Only from Mechanical and Electrical specialisation)
